i've been dependent on adult diapers for about 2 years now (i'm 21). Lately it's been hard to make a bowel movement but i'm not constipated, I think it may be that i'm afraid I will leak. Even though I know my adult diapers won't leak i still worry, It's happening right now which is why i'm writing this. I don't know what to do
