Leakage

I am a 45 year old man and i've just recently started wearing 'Secure' beltless undergarments. My doctor told me that they should hold up due to the fact that I still have moderate control over my bladder, but they aren't, they leak down the sides. Advice?

Re: Leakage

Max,
I started out using belted diapers, but had the same problem as you. I had some control, but when I voided alot, my belted diaper couldn't hold the urine quick enough and I leaked. Frustrated, I switched to full brief type diaper. They were a little more than I needed, but they did not leak. Over the years my control disapeared and I must use the full briefs. I still have great containment with my briefs. Don't skimp and get a cheap brand. I use Tena "ultra". They have always worked well for me. Good Luck!...Paul
