Email Replies for ACD

I've sent several Emails to ACD and have never received a reply, except the auto reply after filling out the form. I would really like to buy from this company, but am reluctant if they don't answer Emails...

Re: Email Replies for ACD

Isn't it strange. I'm actually posting about this on their own forum, but they don't appear to even keep an eye on that.

Has anyone on here successfully bought from them recently? If so, did you have any Email contact?

Re: Email Replies for ACD

I'm glad to hear that, but why don't they answer any emails that are sent to them? I would love to buy some things from them, but are reluctant if they can't do this.

It appears that they don't even read their own message board!

Re: Email Replies for ACD

Well, I wass informed that they had to let a person go that had failing health, and that was the reason for some of this I think. I had left several phone messages, and never recieved any answer. That's when I just kept calling until I got a live body. Now as far ass reputable, well, I am having an issue right now with their large cloth diapers shrinking more than what they say that they should. And now they want to ignore me. I recieved them, same size I always order, took them out of the packages and washed and dried them, and then they would not fit. Never worn, washed only once. They shrunk over 5 inches in width, from 32 inches to 27 inches, 27 is a medium! But, their policy is no returns on washed diapers, even if not worn. Now I don't know about you, but I always wash mine before I wear them. And I believe they even recommend it. So, who is in the wrong here?

Rick---

My opinion is the "customer is always right" or the business will eventually incur a bad reputation.
