How to talk to a real person when needing help

I have been trying to cancel my Bravenet account. Have submitted numerous support tickets and cannot receive the help I need. Is there a phone number I can call to get help? I don't have the time to wait several hours, or days, for a suport ticket response via internet.

CHECK YOUR TICKET ONLINE

are you receiving a response saying you have opened a ticket and they will get you an answer soon

if so then just wait

if not then YOU will need to check your ticket online

DO NOT OPEN MULTIPLE tickets. WILL NOT get you answers any sooner
