hi can someone tell me why i am blocked from the message board on the speeddogs.net/ message board. it says that my ip address is blocked and cannot view the site .how do i get that unblocked

this is what happens

too many people just start blocking IP's and they inadvertently block someone that they should not have

but as they have said can only contact owner and have them unblock your IP
