Re: Players

Hello Michael. Since day one when Dave and Benji arrived I've been confident in the decision to appoint them, more as a long-term strategy then in what happens in the early weeks of this season.
Personally,I believe the new management team, and I include Mark and Robbie in it,have done fantastic since arriving in the circumstances they found themselves in.
Since the friendlies the team, sorry squad, has seen changes but is developing and geling together unless of course players leave or become unavailable due to work.
There's still a lot of work to be done, but it can be said the games are never boring for the neutral!
We have gained some very very good players who will hopefully remain with us for the foreseeable future and be part of what will in time be a successful squad.
The ressies offer excellent support too with some players clearly going to be first teamers at some point in the next year-some are just not physically ready for the rigours of the UCL Premier yet.Credit to Murdo for that by the way.
Tough games coming up-but the belief is there now and so morale must be good going into the S&L game in a couple of weeks, where we'll have a good marker as to where we're at-albeit,and I repeat, very early days for this group of players.

Keen to know what everyone else thinks though...

Re: Players

Totally agree with that, it looks good for the future with the likes of the youngsters playing in the starting eleven. Have been impressed by the maturity of the players also, the likes of corey grant, ian blakie and march. Great fan of the management, also enjoy the atmosphere around matchdays. keep it up
