Wednesday FA Cup Replay-Coach & Travel Details
There is a coach leaving the Waterworks for Wednesday's FA Cup replay at Saffron Walden, departing promptly at 5.30pm. The return fare is £5 for adults, childern £2.50. Please note that anyone not conducting themselves in a manner expected as an ambassador of the club,particularly using bad language,will be asked to leave the coach and potentially banned from official travel for future club events. If you want to confirm coach travel in advance of Wednesday,either let John Lee know or call me (Kevin) on 07789 753326 If travelling by private car,directions as follows:- A14, onto M11 southbound to Junction 10. Turn left onto A505 and then B184 marked Saffron Walden,. Go into the town and down a long steep hill until you come to the 8 bells public house. About 50 yards further on turn left into Castle Street and go to the top and turn left again. When you come to the Victory public house take the left hand fork into Catons Lanwe and ground down the bottom on the left. I was told on Saturday that if you're near the church spire you can't miss the ground. |
