First Home Defeat
For the neutral it would have been a great game to watch with spectacular saves from both keepers-unfortunately in the UCL,rarely are neutrals in attendance. From our perspective not a great afternoon overall either on or off the pitch.Stotfold are now well clear having won 1-0 at St Ives yet if the UCL Committee opt to deduct points for the antics of last weekend we could still be in the mix. The game could have finished 5-5 but for the keepers as alreadymentioned. 3 points lost on the day Stevie deservedly gained his Manager of the Month Award. Onwards to Blackstones for tuesdays semi-final,where if we perform to our real form unlike today,we'll have the final to look forward to. |
